FC Barcelona to Host First Match at Partially Completed Camp Nou over the weekend
The club confirmed their first game will take place at the partially upgraded Camp Nou over the weekend. Athletic Bilbao will visit the Bilbao team in the Spanish league over two years since relocating so building work could begin.

Attendance will be limited with 45,401 fans are permitted inside as per the current authorization. After final construction, the Camp Nou is due to hold almost 105,000 spectators, a rise from the old capacity. Officials confirmed finished work included a renovated tunnel for players and new dressing rooms.
Preparatory Events
Barça organized an open training session at the Camp Nou on 7 November. The club said they are seeking authorization from European football’s governing body to play their next home Champions League game versus the German side on 9 December at Camp Nou. They have been hosting matches in the temporary ground.
